For persons who have difficulty swallowing capsules, most PURE products that have been encapsulated can be opened and mixed into food or drink. However, we do not recommend opening the SleepTrim capsules. The primary metabolic-boosting ingredients capsaicin and pepper extracts are extremely hot to the taste and touch. We suggest minimizing the addition of products to food or drinks and then cooking them, as the heat can destroy some ingredients nutritive value.
